Between The Sheets: All Kinds Of Hard (8)

It was some minutes after 1am when Amaka finished working on the last design. ‘Thank God’, she whispered.
She could feel the fatigue seeping into her bones… she had just done two days’ work in a day. She dropped off her laptop to slouch in the chair when she realized that she was in her boss’s office. She re-arranged herself and she turned over to the right to look at him. From where she was sitting, he was boldly staring at her with no expression on his face but if she had looked in closely, she would have seen the appreciation and want in his eyes. She must not have realized what it did to him when she arched her back. ‘Tired?’ he asked.  She nodded.

He smiled and began to sort through files on his table. He seemed to be putting them all in a drawer save for one. Tolu asked, ‘Where exactly do you stay?‘ She told him. ‘Oh, that’s not far from here. I’ll just drop you off on my way home.’ Within her, she began to panic. She had told her mother that she would be home in the morning so they must’ve locked up and gone to bed. To get home at 1am would not only disturb everyone at home, it would give her mother bait to attack her. ‘Em, sir… Tolu. I can’t go home now.’ He stopped what he was doing ‘Why not?‘ She explained all to him in a few words. She didn’t want to bother anyone so she would have to stay behind until morning.

Tolu didn’t look convinced ‘You would stay behind alone? That doesn’t sound right.’ She laughed ‘It’s okay, sir. I would probably be asleep in no time.’ She picked up her laptop and other materials and they headed out together. Her office was on the way out so he walked her to her office, said ‘goodnight’ and he left. Amaka sighed and dropped unto her chair. Her mind was filled with Tolu. He was such a gentleman. She was so nervous being in the same office with him… What was it about him that made her lose control? What was it about him that made her want things that she couldn’t have?

She closed her eyes. He made her crave his attention, he made her want to be touched, he made her yearn for intimacy. She sighed and whispered ‘21 and still a lonely virgin.’ When she was younger, it felt good. It made her feel like a good girl with morals. Everyone else was having boyfriends and giving theirs away but she had stayed the same. All for what? What had she kept it for? It didn’t stop her from staying up at night wishing that she had someone to hold her and help her sleep, it didn’t stop her yearning for love. What was the point of being a virgin when she was unhappy?

It wasn’t even that there hadn’t been opportunities. She remembered Tosan. He had tried everything in his power to take her to bed and when she had refused, he told her that no man could ever have her because she was sexually stiff. She smiled as she remembered the look on his face that day. He was wrong, she knew he was wrong. She wanted it too… In fact, she wanted it bad but no man had given her a reason to give it up. No man had inspired those feelings within her. No man had made her want to forget herself and just let go… No man before Tolu.

Today, he wore a casual polo on jean trousers and she had noticed the muscles beneath the shirt and the way he filled his jeans. Gosh, Amaka. She thought he looked good in his usual shirts with rolled-up sleeves but she hadn’t prepared herself for how good he looked today. She had never noticed a man like that before but when it came to Tolu, she noticed and she yearned. It made her feel so ashamed but the feeling felt so… so natural.

She squeezed her legs together and she moaned a little. She wanted those arms to lift her and flex while he showed her all the ways that he could love her, she wanted to hear him groan while she pleased him, she wanted to see what the ever-controlled Tolu looked like when he was crying for a release. She wanted him to look at her with love in his eyes and she wanted to be the only one in his sight. She shook her head. She wanted too much with him and she could never have them. The thought of it made her want to cry.

Just then, she heard a knock and she opened her eyes. It was coming from the glass behind her. She sat up and she turned her chair around. It was Tolu.
